2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

• Account details: Name, email address, password
• Profile information: Phone number, business name, business type, city, sectors, profile photo
• Vendor details: Business address, portfolio links, website
• Payment information: Processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store card numbers or banking credentials on our servers.
• Communications: Messages sent between users and vendors on the platform
• Content: Posts, comments, wins, pitches, and reviews you create

Information Collected Automatically

• Device information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers
• Usage data: Features used, screens visited, session duration
• Push notification token: To deliver notifications to your device

Information We Do NOT Collect

• Location data or GPS coordinates
• Contacts from your phone
• Camera or microphone data (profile photos are selected by you from your gallery)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Connect users with vendors and service providers
• Process payments and orders through Razorpay
• Send push notifications for orders, messages, and activity updates
• Verify vendor identity and assign verification tiers
• Display your public profile and business listing in the marketplace
• Improve app features, fix bugs, and enhance user experience
• Respond to support requests and enquiries
• Comply with legal obligations

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in the following cases:

Vendor business details (name, category, city, rating) are visible to all users in the marketplace. Personal contact details are shared only when you initiate a conversation or transaction.

5. Data Storage and Security

• All data is stored on Supabase's secure cloud infrastructure with row-level security policies
• Data is encrypted in transit using TLS/HTTPS
• Government ID documents uploaded for vendor verification are stored in a private, access-controlled storage bucket
• Passwords are never stored in plain text — authentication is handled by Supabase Auth
• We retain your data for as long as your account is active. On account deletion, all personal data and content is permanently removed from our systems.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information via your profile settings
• Delete your account and all associated data at any time via Settings → Delete Account in the app
• Withdraw consent for push notifications via your device settings
• Data portability — contact us to request a copy of your data

7. Children's Privacy

Niirmaan 360 is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor has registered, we will delete their account immediately.

8. Third-Party Links

The app may contain links to external websites (e.g., vendor portfolio links, webinar URLs). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

9. Push Notifications

We send push notifications for:

• Order status updates
• New messages
• Community activity (likes, comments, circle updates)
• Booking confirmations

You can disable notifications at any time in your device's notification settings.

10. Payments

All payments are processed by Razorpay Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We receive only a transaction confirmation and reference ID. Your card or bank details are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via a push notification or in-app banner. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.
