Our guidelines exist to protect the psychological safety of every member. By joining Niirmaan 360, you agree to uphold these standards.

Our Promise to You
Niirmaan 360 is a strictly moderated, women-first safe space. We do not tolerate harassment, judgment, unsolicited advice, or any behaviour that compromises the emotional safety of our members.
Our moderation team actively reviews content, resolves disputes, and enforces these guidelines. Violations are taken seriously and may result in immediate removal without refund.
What We Encourage
What is Not Allowed
Unsolicited DMs, cold pitches, or promotional spam in community spaces.
Any form of judgment, shaming, or belittling of a member's choices, income, or business stage.
Sharing another member's personal information or stories outside the community (confidentiality breach).
Hate speech, discrimination, or derogatory content of any kind.
Sharing misleading information, fake testimonials, or fraudulent listings in The Bazaar.
Impersonating Niirmaan 360 staff, mentors, or other members.
Recruiting members into other communities, MLMs, or conflicting platforms without explicit permission.
Any content that promotes illegal activities or violates Indian law.
Enforcement
Our moderation team operates with a graduated response system. Minor or first-time violations may result in a warning and removal of offending content. Repeated or serious violations result in immediate and permanent removal.
